The concept has the technical base of the Ferrari LaFerrari but the design has been inspired by the legendary Tipo 63 Birdcage race car of Le Mans. “The design is inspired by the famous race car the 1961 Maserati Tipo 63 Birdcage,” comments the designer. “The elegance and the sport of the Italian brand live together in this car.” The lines show striking similarities to the LaFerrari but in tone with the Maserati heritage there’s much more elegance than brute force.
